• Responsibilities consist of the following,
• - Distributing and monitoring the work of electrical maintenance personnel
• - Implementation of periodic and predictive maintenance plans
• - Preparation of maintenance budgets
• - Realization of KPI targets
• - Carrying out investment and commissioning activities
• - Conducting daily, weekly and monthly fault analyzes via the beam program
• - Supporting seveso activities
• - Supporting change management activities
• - Supporting ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 and 27001 activities
• - Supporting occupational safety activities
• - Training of maintenance personnel

9 technicians , these consisted of 4 electrical technicians and 5 mechanical technicians

• Responsibilities include: - Preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance plans (14 plastic injection machines and, about 200 plastic injection molds and auxiliary facilities) - In new project installation and commissioning of the machines and spare equipment - To manage operation and maintenance of factory High Voltage - Implementation of Kaizen activities and 5S - To provide autonomous maintenance training to employees - To support occupational safety and environmental activities - To reduce unplanned downtime
