I have been interested into sports since first grade. Become a professional Basketball player in the middle school and kept playing until COVID-19 pandemic. Since beginning of University, I have a goal to complete at least 1 book for a month and proudly, I accomplished this goal. I also understood the importance of the mind and the power of mastering it. I am trying to master it so that it contributes to my life. I work on this with various mental methods and meditations.
