I have been responsible for managing product teams. There are 4 squads (product teams), each of which develops minimum of 3 different products. We have products in design/development or mature states. Also, we are trying to retire 2 of our products. I provide mentoring to product owners on ensuring customer support and satisfaction and dealing with roadmaps and backlogs in accordance with the product's vision.

My main focus is on developing product teams in terms of product management steps which are MVP development, product vision clarification, product roadmap definition, backlog management and all product identification and marketing plans.

Also, I took a Scrum Master role in all of our squads and experienced facilitator leadership. I am a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner and coach all squads in terms of Scrum and Scrumban framework development

Enerjisa Enerjisa is the leader of electric retail and distribution sector of Turkey.

I worked on mainly CRM, IS-U and Non SAP – SAP integrated applications in Enerjisa Energy.

• I was responsible for all aspects of the processes with purchasing, budgeting, design, support and management in CRM group.
• I built / improved an information system model for these processes
• I led some of the team members in technical manner
• I worked closely with the business and other information system or technology teams to develop business requirements and to propose application solutions to meet organizational needs and priorities
• I developed, managed and supported project plans as required, worked as a project manager in necessary processes
• I developed and managed strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants, users
• I managed and delivered project plans from Non-SAP based applications to SAP based applications, in addition of providing guidance to the local teams in order to deliver on project timelines

Turkuvaz Media Group was the media company of Çalık Holding

I provided SAP MM / SD / PM / PP / IS MEDIA modules support and problem resolution for business applications, my main responsibilities were:

• Integration with another module of SAP or non SAP systems
• Analyze and Improve business processes
• Manage and maintain application documentation
• Supervise a team of internal and external consultants to manage support and development services for applications
• Archiving Project of all SAP Data
• SAP Implementation of new firms

Mitas is a manufacturing firm which support energy sector with its products.

I provided support of SAP MM / SD / PP modules for all the group firms of Mitas

• Analyze the business needs, and deliver all necessary processes (customization, development preparation, key user education, live support)
