As a Plant Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of two branch and one warehouse and its employees.

I am leading 11 white collars , 65 blue collar workers and "QBSM" project.

My responsibilities mainly covers the below items ;

• Optimized processes to maximize efficiency.
• Maximized plant safety through proactive strategies and well-structured training.
• Directed employees and related programs to maximize team productivity and facility output.
• Reduced costs by eliminating materials waste and unnecessary labor hours.
• Provided direction and leadership to all levels of employees and managers.
• Led, trained and coached plant staff to facilitate high levels of productivity and quality.
• Created plant policies and procedures for safe and productive operations.
• Researched latest industry trends and technologies, boosting knowledge and understanding of industrial production.
• Creating and managing budgets

At the end of the two years, I was promoted to this position.

I led a team of 3 engineers and 60 blue-collar workers.

During this period, I led our own machine production project called 'Quick Box Sample Machine (QBSM).' We succeeded and gained benefits for our company worldwide.

My responsibilities mainly covered the below items ;

• Directed shipping and receiving of wide range of products daily.
• Selected, trained and developed personnel to achieve high-performing teams.
• Monitored production and logistics performance and identified improvement opportunities.
• Organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders.
• Oversaw warehouse staff and maintained efficiency in fast-paced environment.
• Collected and reviewed data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
• Optimized production scheduling to lower production costs.
• Managed and prioritized production processes and implemented production plans.
• Developed production schedules according to deadlines for existing orders and sales forecasting.
• Standardized production procedures, job roles, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Planned and supervised shipments from production to end-user and scheduled daily and weekly routes.
• Managed logistics budgets and forecasting to achieve cost-effective operations.
• Negotiated transportation and logistics contracts to reduce shipping costs.

At the end of the three years, I was promoted to this position due to my company's needs.

I led a team of one engineer and 40 blue-collar workers.My responsibilities mainly covered the below items ;

• Directed shipping and receiving of wide range of products daily.
• Coordinated driver dispatch to accomplish daily delivery requirements.
• Selected, trained and developed personnel to achieve high-performing teams.
• Monitored production and logistics performance and identified improvement opportunities.
• Organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders.
• Oversaw warehouse staff and maintained efficiency in fast-paced environment.

As a Sales & Design Engineer ı was responsible of design packaging according to customers needs, pricing the designed products, chasing new customers and searching new market.

At the time, Tri-Wall Turkey had a limited organizational structure. While working in this position, I gained valuable experience in purchasing and quality methods and systems.
