As a Product and Marketing Manager, I established the suspension division (coil spring) for the automotive industry, introducing 900 SKUs within 6 months for both aftermarket (AM) and OEM clients. I excel at building strong, long-term business relationships, with a focus on expanding Kayatel’s global presence in the aftermarket for suspension-related components. To drive our brand forward, I actively participate in major automotive exhibitions, showcasing our products to key industry players. Additionally, I maintain close collaboration with Far East manufacturers to ensure product quality and competitive sourcing.
In my role as Procurement Manager, I lead a team responsible for procuring direct materials, packaging, and powder coating components across the EMEA region. Our primary objective is to support Kayatel’s operations with data-driven, cost-effective purchasing and operational efficiency, managing an annual budget of €8M. I work closely with both internal and global suppliers and regularly attend steel industry conferences to stay updated on market trends. In line with our manufacturing goals, I oversee capital investments in machinery from the Far East, with an annual budget of $1M.
