• From the very beginning to the conclusion of a project, meticulously track and analyze all related expenses. Ensure that expenditures stay within the allocated budget, and in instances where the financial threshold is approached or surpassed, promptly alert the relevant decision-makers to ensure appropriate corrective actions can be taken.
• Provide weekly updates to senior management about the status of ongoing projects.
• Prepare closing reports for finalized projects and present them to senior management.
• In order to ensure the sustainability of the process, defining the necessary software needs, planning the design, commissioning and operation.
