- I started my role in January 2024, where I primarily handled the ocean freight export operations for the Europe region, mainly focusing on Germany. During my one-year assignment, I gained new insights into export processes and relevant shipping line systems, further enhancing my expertise.
- From the third month of my assignment, I expanded my focus to include the Americas and the Middle East regions (Egypt, Jebel Ali), increasing my knowledge about the logistics regulations adopted by each country. (For Egypt, MACID and ACID; for the USA, AMS and ISF; for exports to European countries, EORI)
- I also played a role as a supplier in road freight export shipments. I managed the process at the departure customs and ensured the smooth operation of the entire process, including overseeing the vehicle departure and providing customers with updates.
- My role, which I thoroughly enjoyed, was concluded following the company's decision to downsize.

- In my journey that began in September 2022, I initially took over the documentation tasks in the America Export department for the first two months. After that, for a year, I handled the import operations for partial shipments arriving from Turkey to the United States.
- During this period, I managed the processes ranging from the issuance of the IT number required for interstate transportation within the United States, to organizing vehicle dispatches to customer door addresses. Through this experience, I strengthened my customer relationships and improved my corporate and language skills.
- My role ended in November 2023, following the decision to relocate our office to Izmir, as my processes were not in alignment with the move.
