With the support of Turkish Aerospace Industries, our landing gear center lock mechanism project was awarded first place among the graduation projects of Başkent University for the 2023-2024 academic year.
I am involved in the mechanical design process of the Baskent University ParsySat satellite team to participate in the CANSAT competition.
In the competition held in the USA, we have ranked 1st among universities from Turkey and 5th in the world.
Represented my school and country in a prestigious model satellite competition sponsored by leading global companies. Responsibilities included designing the model satellite, developing the descent control system, and overseeing the integration and testing processes.
I am involved in the mechanical design and assembly process of a firefighting drone to exhibit at the Teknofest competition.
I participated in the Teknofest International Unmanned Aerial Vehicles competition with the AirParsy team from my school as the engineer responsible for mechanical design, image processing and object detection algorithm.
I developed an AI algorithm capable of detecting manufacturing defects using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). Leveraging a dataset of over 50,000 labeled defect images, I trained the model on Google Colab and rigorously tested its performance on my main computer. This project demonstrates my ability to handle large datasets, implement advanced machine learning techniques, and optimize models for real-world applications.
