Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods for imports and exports,
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues during the trade process,
Overseeing financial transactions related to trade, such as letters of credit, payment terms, and currency exchange,
Preparing regular reports on trade activities, including market trends and financial forecasts

Developing and executing product strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market research and competitor analysis,
Management of entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction,
Faciliting cross-functional collaboration, agile development and data-driven decision-making to drive product innovation and success,

• Production of polyurethane-based products with polyol and isocyanate components in densities of 40 kg/m³ and above.
• Glass fiber reinforced polyester (CTP) based grid manufacturing and BMS material based product (under hot press) manufacturing.
• Fiber-reinforced and acid-resistant polyester-based storage tanks manufacturing.
• Polyester-based kitchen, bathroom and reception counters manufacturing in different forms with casting method.

• Projected manufacturing of alimak freight elevators with a weight capacity of 1-5 tons and implementation of quality tests.
• Manufacturing and quality tests of exterior platforms with the ability to work with a facade width of up to 12 meters and a facade height of up to 25 floors.
• Synchronization of aforementioned platform pairs.

• Manufacturing and quality control of lighting poles in various sizes and accordance with TEIAS standards.
• Manufacturing and quality control of imaging and radar measuring devices platform modules for highways.
• Electrostatic painting works with product length up to 12 meters.
