As the founder and manager of Mclocks, I lead the design, production, and marketing of premium wall and desk clocks. I oversee all aspects of the business, including product development, manufacturing, quality control, and customer relations. My role also involves managing the overall strategy to expand our presence in both retail and wholesale markets, with a focus on delivering exceptional products and services globally.

In this role, I was responsible for overseeing maintenance activities for both the liquid and powder production facilities at Unilever's Konya HPC plant. I played a key role in the factory’s relocation from Gebze to Konya, including the installation and commissioning of production lines. My responsibilities included:

• Managing planned maintenance and conducting breakdown analysis to implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence
• Overseeing spare parts inventory and managing the technical warehouse
• Leading the installation of new machinery and commissioning new product lines
• Supporting Quality Assurance initiatives and coordinating with other departments to meet product standards
• Implementing the BOYS Maintenance Management System to improve maintenance efficiency
• Supporting Health and Safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
• Planning and executing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices to drive operational excellence
• Managing a team of 10 mechanical technicians, 1 electrical technician, and 1 electronics maintenance technician
• Overseeing a contractor team of approximately 50 people, including work assignments, work permits, and maintenance planning

Through these efforts, I contributed to the continuous improvement of maintenance operations, production reliability, and safety standards at the facility.

In this role, I was responsible for managing mechanical maintenance operations at Ülker's biscuit manufacturing plant. My key responsibilities included:

• Organizing planned maintenance and overseeing breakdown maintenance
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans
• Tracking spare parts and managing inventory
• Supporting quality control and project initiatives
• Leading Operational Excellence projects and implementing 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices
• Managing a team of 10 maintenance technicians

Through these responsibilities, I ensured efficient maintenance workflows, optimized equipment reliability, and contributed to continuous improvement efforts across the plant.

ORS, a leading bearing manufacturing company. In this role, I was responsible for the maintenance of various production machinery and systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation. My duties included performing planned maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance on equipment such as:

• Hot forging presses
• Thread rolling machines
• Spheroidizing furnaces
• Sandblasting machines
• Grinding machines
• Lathes
• Cooling systems
• Filtration systems

I coordinated maintenance schedules, quickly addressed equipment failures, and utilized predictive techniques to minimize downtime, working closely with other departments to sustain high production quality.
