• Ensuring project requirements are incorporated into areas of contractors design and accurately reflect the clients design intent, drawings and specifications; and

• Managing Design Team to carry out necessary facade design works.
• Organizing and planning design works to meet construction schedule.

• Managing project from precontract to construction and handover.
