• Conducted legal due diligence on behalf of Turkish Wealth Fund on the transaction of Koza Group companies
• Conducted legal due diligence on behalf of a Turkish well known portfolio management company on the acquisition of technology company to the venture capital investment fund
• Prepared detailed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other transactional documents on corporate law, contracts, and regulatory registrations for local and foreign clients in various transactions
• Drafting board of directors resolutions in any matter and the relevant documents of ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meeting, conducting daily corporate governance tasks of the companies
• Conducting registration processes on MERSİS and trade registries for the registry of board and general assembly resolutions
• Assisting my associates and senior managers in capital markets law department by drafting legal consultancy e-mails to a well known governmental institution regarding acquisition of participation units from the venture Capital investment fund established in Netherlands

• Assisted in legal research, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance matters and conluded due diligence in the intellectual property and competition law for Koza İpek Group, a conglomerate operating in mining, media, energy, and tourism sectors on behalf of Türkiye Varlık Fonu.
• Supported legal due diligence and corporate governance processes for KVK Teknoloji, a leading distributor of mobile devices and consumer electronics.
• Gained experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and industry-specific legal requirements.
• Conducted legal research regarding the portfolio management companies acquisition from the competition law perspective.
