- Conducted legal due diligence on behalf of Turkish Wealth Fund on the transaction of Koza Group companies
- Conducted legal due diligence on behalf of a Turkish well known portfolio management company on the acquisition of technology company to the venture capital investment fund
- Prepared detailed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other transactional documents on corporate law, contracts, and regulatory registrations for local and foreign clients in various transactions
- Drafting board of directors resolutions in any matter and the relevant documents of ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meeting, conducting daily corporate governance tasks of the companies
- Conducting registration processes on MERSİS and trade registries for the registry of board and general assembly resolutions
- Assisting my associates and senior managers in capital markets law department by drafting legal consultancy e-mails to a well known governmental institution regarding acquisition of participation units from the venture Capital investment fund established in Netherlands
- Prepared relevant documents of Venture Capital Fund and Real Estate Investment Fund
