  • Served as key liaison, reporting to Global Retail General Manager, primary responsibilities included overseeing both offline and online retail operations across vast scope of 58 countries (32 direct, 26 franchise operations) at 1280 stores, and workforce of 40,000 employees. Led end-to-end Global HR processes, managing dedicated team of 150 HR professionals with 6 direct reports at HR Director and Regional HR Group Manager levels.
  • Achieve company's vision for creating “world fashion brand” and becoming “Top 3 Retailer’s in Europe” in 2023, develop and execute end to end HR strategies and implement them in all regions where company exist and expand globally.
  • Develop and design HR structure of whole organization from scratch for International Retail operations and merge with Turkey Retail organization in 2015 (which is merger of 25 .000 employees at 24 countries)
  • Lead aggressive talent acquisition and succession strategies globally by opening 2,5 stores per week in different regions inc. Turkey. Hiring approx. 1000-1,250 employees per month in different positions and levels inc. management functions.
