As a Training Manager, I am responsible for the last mile Trust & Safety Large Scale, Trainings program
I manage a cross-functional team of 20 employees with Back Office and Field Specialists.

I also supervise and direct 30 different trainers with who we have partnerships.
My team organizes all the processes for managing large-scale events and training.

In this position, I reported to the District Sales Manager and was responsible for territory sales targets by developing dealer relationships, managing the dealer network within a defined geographic area in a manner consistent with business ethics, policies, and standards, and establishing legal processes
