New Merge Project
Currently working as the Lead Product on the New Merge Project with a team of 8 people.
- Created the core loop through collaboration with other teams to improve upon the title Merge Studio.
- Collaborated with the Growth team to conduct CPI and impression tests, created a data-informed pipeline for the decision making process of the new game.
- Gathered user feedback through Customer Support team, implemented the new mechanics according to user preferences.
- Gather team feedback to improve the release pipeline and optimize gameplay systems.
- Analyzed the best practices in genre by doing extensive market research.
- Collaboratively designed the monetization strategy and roadmap with stakeholders, created systems and GDD’s that are ready to implement.
- Working with other Product members to exchange know-how.
- Leading a Game Design team, and responsible for the Game Design pipeline and the delegation of the workload.
- In constant collaboration with stakeholders to keep everyone up to date.
Tile Star
Worked as the Lead Product of Tile Star that consisted of 9 people.
- Collaborated with stakeholders on the decision process and the roadmap of Tile Star.
- Acted as Product Owner, used Atlassian and Confluence to determine the delegation of workload.
- Responsible for the economy & monetization of the game.
- Responsible for the Liveops of the game, conducted various A/B’s, increased LTV and retention, oversaw the liveops calendar.
- Coached other Product and Level Design members, delegated and oversaw the related pipelines.
- Created GDDs, worked with Data & Art & Development & Level Design & QA teams to ensure the health of each release.
