Ayşenur Karacabey

I graduated from Antalya Bilim University's 100% English Industrial Engineering Department in 2021. I completed my one-term student life by studying at the university called Europe del Atlantico with a 5-month exchange program in the Cantabria region of Spain. I had a great opportunity to improve my English in addition to Spanish, and in addition to my academic English education, I also improved my spoken language for social and business life. My first internship at İşbir Sünger in the summer of 2019 was a good step towards my business life. Thanks to the SAP program I used in the planning department, I added a new one to the programs I learned at school. Difficulties that may be experienced in working life; Having experiences in a city I don't know, with people I don't know, taught me that business life is not about the skills we gain socially, but that professional life should be focused on success and continuous learning. In a short time, I gained insight into all kinds of work that needed to be done in the department I worked in and had the opportunity to work alone from time to time. I had to complete my second internship at Momentum Knowledge Transfer online in 2020 due to Covid-19. After the training I received on RPA, I completed my internship to do more research and provide information. In my second internship, I had the chance to improve myself in writing corporate articles and editing any documents that the company might need. At the same time, I have reached a good level of information and data collection in light of the fact that while doing research, information should be filtered and the actual details should be reflected. I have been working as a department leader within Decathlon Turkey for 2 years.
