• Improved CO₂ recovery efficiency through a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (S.P.A.C) project, increasing the CO₂ recovery rate by 34.78% and reducing CO₂ usage per hectoliter of beer produced from 1.22 to 0.70 kg/hlSB. Developed a Minitab-based regression model, performed root-cause analysis, reduced process variation, and optimised control parameters to achieve measurable carbon reduction.
• Optimised biogas utilisation by leading the installation of a desulphurization plant and enhancing mixed-gas combustion performance in the boiler room. Increased methane gas production through wastewater-based biogas recovery and achieved monthly natural gas savings of approximately 150,000 TRY.
