Detection of Urine Derived Stem Cells by Biosensor

The project is based on designing a biosensor to determine the purity level of urinederived stem cells from human urine samples. It is well known that stem cells can differentiate their purpose and cell type. The effect of purity on a pluripotent feature can be observed by detecting purity levels of stem cells. In this work, we study on human leukocyte antigens (HLA) since the HLA matching in kidney transplantation is important for a successful kidney transplant. The aim of this study is to investigate matching and mismatching between donor and recipient by designing a biosensor to detect human leukocyte antigens (HLA). For this purpose, we design a Highly Sensitive Colorimetric Biosensor for Urine-derived stem cells by using Aptamer and Gold Nanoparticles.

Using Rapid Diagnostic Kits in Pets

In this study, the use of rapid diagnostic kits in pets is discussed. The subject of study in this section is used to save time and facilitate rapid diagnosis and treatment. Many veterinarians do not prefer to send samples to an external laboratory by performing in-clinic laboratory tests. It is aimed to make an on-site and timely diagnosis with in-clinic laboratory analyzes (Vetlab, 2016). Significant price advantage is provided in laboratory profiles.
