I have specialized in areas such as talent management, job analysis, salary structuring, and premium system regulation, focusing on designing tailored performance systems specific to HR. My effort is to the structuring of all HR processes for a company from end-to-end. In every organization I have prioritized elevating the HR department to a strategic business partner status.
