

Throughout my career spanning approximately 20 years, I have dedicated my expertise to the field of human resources across various sectors, particularly in finance. Over time, I have boosted my skills in recruitment, talent management, salary, benefits and compensation, employment law, performance evaluation, and organizational support. I have specialized in areas such as talent management, job analysis, salary structuring, and premium system regulation, focusing on designing tailored performance systems specific to HR. My effort is to the structuring of all HR processes for a company from end-to-end. In every organization I have prioritized elevating the HR department to a strategic business partner status. Central to this approach is a customer-centric philosophy that views employees as customers and positions HR as a service center dedicated to their satisfaction. My overarching goal has always been to generate value for both employers and employees, guided by the core principles of transparency, empathy, and trust.
