• Managing S&OP (Sales and Operation Process) with relevant stakeholders CEO, Business Function, Commercial and Finance for both Medical Device and Pharma products on a monthly basis.
• Demand Management; Organizing and leading Demand Review and Pre-S&OP Meetings with the cross functional teams (Finance, Commercial, RA, Business Unit) to get latest update on sales assumptions and new launch products.
• Supply Management; Monthly ADS (Approved Demand Statement) submission for both Pharma and Medical Device products for the next 72 months in JDA. Liaise with central planning group to ensure production schedule and shipments are meeting product availability in the market.
• Inventory Management; Manage inventory levels and DOH (Days on Hand) to budget/forecast targets for relevant products. Coordinate all month end order fulfilment activities with 3PL to support sales and revenue recognition requirements and inventory DOH targets. Minimize excessive stockholding by managing incoming supply vs market demand.
• Order Management of Raw Materials and excipients required for finished good production. Provide Monthly Production Forecast to Third Party Manufacturing (TPM). Stock reconciliation with TPM on a monthly basis.
• Warehouse and Distribution Management. Product prioritization, allocation and distribution to customers in close collaboration with 3PL service provider. Develop budgets and forecasts for local Freight and Distribution expenses. Monitor actual costs versus budget to achieve high level of financial forecast accuracy. Identify process improvement and cost reduction initiatives to optimize packaging, distribution, freight in and freight out expenses.
• KPI Management of 3PL and Forecast Accuracy (Forecast BIAS) to improve customer service level and forecast accuracy
• Monthly Demand & Supply Meetings with the Global Production Planners to align on latest updated demand and production plans.
• 3PL Integration- SAP S4 Integration Project both for Medical Device and Pharma products

Achievements

• I have conducted to the Minimum Lot Size change initiatives of products to ensure that shipments to customers are done in a cost effective manner.
• I played an active role to switching from distribution model to 3PL distribution model.
• I took part in the SAP R3 Integration Project between Allergan and the 3PL Warehouse to improve and automate the distribution processes.
• I Involved in structuring of Sales and Operation Processes of the Allergan products and taken active role to improve the Forecast Accuracy.
• I hold monthly meetings with the 3PL and created a dashboard to track KPIs e.g. Customer Service Level, OTIF, Inbound & Outbound accuracy, Customer Returns, Pick & Pack.
• Excess & Absolute inventory was reduced by controlling the inventory proactively on a regular basis.
• I Involved in certification changes of Medical Device products to ensure sufficient stocks are supplied before the expiration of the existing CE.
• I had a contribution to the new product launching on time with right quantity.

• Managing Inventory both local produced and import products including E&O Processes

• I took an active role in non reimbursed product supply project and worked closely with Novartis Pharma Services to ensure that patients get their medications without having supply disruptions (Received the Project Award)
