I am currently responsible for 13 tanker (MR/LR) vessels' husbandry agency operations.

Searching and appointing best agent for husbandry services.
Coordinating operations with agent and check final DA, follow up unpaid agency invoices and SOAs.
Checking and recording Master's cash accounts on monthly basis.
Assisting Department Superintendents and Manager.
Certificate status follow up due and overdue services/certificates on weekly basis.
Coordinating safety equipment and GMDSS services required during annual/intermediate class surveys.

Responsible of handling and processing the customer inquiries and orders and developing effective relations with customers.

Working closely with customers on a daily basis, understanding their needs and supporting their requirements related to the WSS offer.
Identifying and actively pursuing sales and order, building opportunities through sales expertise.

Following up outstanding inquiries proactively and capturing sales opportunities.

Responsible of handling and processing the customer inquiries and orders and developing effective relations with customers.
