The company I mentioned is a company that generally develops itself in the automotive sector in the production of fiberglass. I worked in this company during my summer vacation while I was a student. I voluntarily took on a job as a worker in order to both learn the workflow and reinforce my technical engineering knowledge in practice. After examining the various departments of the company, I took on a job in the RTM (Vacuum) casting department. I started as a novice in this department and took over the responsibility of the work within a week. Thanks to my high motivation for the job and my ability to complete the assigned tasks in a short time, I gained the trust of both my colleagues and my managers. However, due to the conflict between my work and class hours, I had to leave the job.
