In addition to the daily dynamics and problems of mass production, I was interested in improvements that would reduce the amount of scrap in production, increase efficiency and keep shift quantities high and stable.

In this job, where I gained deep experience about the expectations of mass production, as well as customer service. oriented production and restructuring of production when necessary according to customer quality expectations. in the production we make with high-tech automation lines, as well as necessary I deal with both improvements and daily production problems. Lines with the highest efficiency New robotics that will help us minimize human error to make it work I also work on projects such as the commissioning of stations.

Managed production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high quality standards. I was especially responsible for the renovation molds. In order to reduce cutting tool consumption, I carried out a project to improve the welding method in renovation molds and to use softer material welding wire to enable easier processing without reducing the life of the mold casting.

I also worked with the mold R&D department to examine the welding methods to be applied in the production of water-cooled molds and to put them into use in production.

In addition to all these, I deepened my experience about the dynamism of production, heat treated steels and CNC machines.
