Summary
I graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Computer Engineering. For nearly 12 years, I have been involved in all stages of web application development, from analysis to deployment, including 10 years of delivering projects for international clients. My expertise includes C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Vue 3, Razor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL. For the past year, I have been leading the development of an application for electricity producers to calculate in-out energy traffic. In this project, I focused on Clean Code principles, Clean and Vertical Slice Architectures, OpenAPI, FastEndpoints, and both RESTful and SOAP services. For almost 10 years, I have also been responsible for customer relations in the projects under my management, supporting business development and overseeing project planning. Additionally, I have consistently managed teams of around five people, combining strong technical expertise with effective leadership skills. I am confident in my ability to build and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and managers.

- Managed a team of 5 people and the customers. Developed an application for the Settlement process for Producers under 'Unlicensed Electricity Producers Regulation'. Application connects to National Remote Meter Reader systems, collect data and generates a summary for settlement. In this project tech-stack was like MsSql + .net Core 10 + Vue in frontend. Also project has a mobile application coded in Flutter and an optical port reader was used to read meter data via bluetooth connection. We create integrations to three Rest API and our API fetches data from mobile applications database. In this project we create grate efficiency. Our software handles a process which is normally handled by 100 men/days in 5 minutes. To be capable this time it gets a 3 day preparation yet this is not a cost because of preparation time not in the busy days. In one year this project delivered to the customer and 3 others too because of they are in the same sector. What i gain is I learned Vue.js and Flutter knowledge. Also I had an experience on energy sector.

- Developed various web applications including buzzfile.com, proficyclops.com, and click2refund.com. Many of closed by customers so didn't mention about them.
- Buzzfile.com: Buzzfile is like a companies social media platform. It consists statistical data of companies, demographic data of locations and people are working in the United States. I worked for 9 years in this project. This project coded in 6 different .net framework from version 4.6 to .Net Core 5. Data stored on MsSql Database and Lucene search indexing used for searching. Html5+Bootstrap+Jquery+Razor used for frontend development. I started in junior frontend developer position and completed as Team Leader & Project Manager. I also handled customer relations and SDLC processes. We used Agile-Scrum-Sprint methods to manage the project. As a part of customer relation process i was in contact with graphic designers to be sure all we are on the same page so, i gained UX experience in addition.
- ProfitCyclops.com: ProfitCyclops is a marketplace efficiency tool working on amazon.com. Sellers can see their own products, sells, incomes, stocks, other warehouses and minimum price operations. My role was Team Leader and Project Manager. In this project I built project architecture, code-first database schema(works on MsSql) and Html5+Razor+Jquery+Bootstrap as UI Layer. Also developed amazon.com integration layer. Any seller can be a member and can start pull data from amazon API. The main problem was while the member count grows the request count also growing exponentially. I solved this problem by distributing each customer's request across different times of the day. As the project grew, it was planned that requests would be processed using queue systems.
- Click2Refund.com: Click2refund provides flight compensation service. Platform generated to collect passenger data. All legal proceedings are run by people yet tracked on software. This projects' tech-stack same as before. Unlike others, we applied a crawl layer in this project. It was collecting flight data and using as marketing information. Also has an agent integration module to collect passengers data. Also was matching passengers and flights to find compensation eligible passengers. In the administration side software was running a small crm. All applications processing by customer represents and all by tracked on software.
