Play Game, Take Photograph, Swimming, Walking

As a results-oriented engineer, I have extensive experience in project management and mechanical design engineering, having acquired two years' experience in the field. Throughout my professional career, I have overseen the management of all processes, from the conceptualisation stage through to the detailed design of various machines and fixtures. I have personally coordinated the production, assembly and successful commissioning processes of my designs, ensuring that projects progress smoothly at every stage.
My professional goal is to utilise my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop practical and innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, while playing an active role in achieving company objectives.
I have independently managed mechanical design and engineering projects, delivering innovative and practical solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers.
Key Projects:
SolidWorks
Play Game, Take Photograph, Swimming, Walking
In our R&D department, I designed an innovative system that enables screw assembly by automatically feeding screws, and I conducted the initial tests myself. Through my work on this project, I identified areas for potential improvement and prepared valuable technical documentation for subsequent development stages.
I designed a spring-loaded probe system to measure the tip protrusion of a screw fastened to an aluminum product within a range of 0.4-0.5 mm. I ensured measurement accuracy by integrating a precision distance sensor.
For telecommunications companies, I designed a rotary table machine that uses a pick-and-place mechanism to insert fibre optic adapters into sockets.
A machine has been developed for the architectural sector that is capable of rotating and assembling pedestals (floor raising product), thereby significantly reducing installation time.
Designed o-ring insertion and screwing stations for solar panel mounting apparatus assembly machines.
As part of our R&D project, I designed two different sizes of braked axial motors, one with a PCB stator and the other with a copper winding stator.
I designed a prototype link conveyor with a 6-station spindle motor for use in serial production
I have designed special fixtures for drilling and threading operations on aluminum products coming out of the extrusion process. These fixtures are self-clamping and can be connected to a CNC machine to process multiple products at the same time.
I have designed a machine that attaches double-sided tape to aluminum products of different lengths, allowing for precise adjustment of the start and end lengths of the tape.3
I have designed a machine that is capable of pressing and attaching EPDM gaskets to a variety of products. This machine is adjustable, allowing it to be used with a variety of products.
I have designed a 3-axis bridge-type CNC machine with a machining area of 700x700x300 mm. This machine has been developed to be convertible to a 4-axis machine thanks to the integrated divider. Ball screw mechanisms were utilized for all linear axis movements. My design incorporates a magazine system for automatic tool change and a precision tool zeroing probe.
