I am a self-developing, productive, social, solution-oriented maker who has good communication skills. Produces concrete things and finds solutions to problems as a hobby. Thanks to the experience of my university education, I can quickly adapt to different tasks. I received an education based on mechanics, electronics and software. I tried to improve the education I received with examples from different sites such as Udemy, Youtube and Geeksforgeeks.
I am currently employed as a Feature System Engineer at Ford, where I am responsible for the implementation and testing of specific vehicle features. Initially, my role involved implementing features in three vehicle programs and ensuring that they were properly tested and compliant with relevant regulations. After some time, my role evolved to focus on the testing of nearly 146 features within the plant. This involved collaborating with other teams to ensure proper documentation, optimizing quality processes, and resolving issues identified by the quality teams. I also engaged in hands-on testing and problem-solving to ensure the highest standards of quality.
I worked in our own family company, Cesurlar Makina, where it makes machining and assembly processes in the summers and on weekends. In addition, I went to different factories for machine maintenance and machine repair. I participated in tours of companies operating in different industrial sectors. I had a chance to see different industrial production forms and processes. In this way, I tried to develop an up-to-date, industrial perspective on my own.
This company makes test equipment. I worked on the Stirling engine and high-frequency shaker projects under the supervision of my teacher, Ahmet Koyun, who is responsible for the graduation project. These projects that were not produced in Turkey, I did preliminary research on them. Then we completed the high-frequency shaker project with my two friends, and we came in 5th in Teknofest and TÜBİTAK 2242 University Students Research Project Competition.
I completed my internship by doing PLC programming and mechanical analysis in this company that makes production lines, transportation systems, and safety systems.
Reading and watching about production systems and techniques. Participating in industry tours organized by the Istanbul chamber of industry, Preparing projects in industrial programs such as Solidworks Ansys Matlab.
