As a member undergraduate teaching assistants of Business 101 course.We are delivering lab sessions throughout the semester.I deliver 2 hours of lab sessions since i am a Main TA.Also,i deliver 1 hour of office hour to the students whom might need help with the topics covered in labs.

I have participated in Work&Travel program during the summer of 2024.I worked in Six Flags Great Adventure and here you can see my duties:

• Utilized strong multitasking skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Supported team members during peak hours, ensuring smooth operations and minimal wait times for customers.
• Maintained safety standards by properly handling food and adhering to sanitation guidelines.
• Cleaned and sanitized dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads.
• Operated cash register accurately, managing transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

• Welcomed customers and maintained overall customer satisfaction
• Organized newly arrived items printed and put price tags accurately
• Learned how to reach sale goals
• Provided exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clientele.
