My second internship program was at the “Ortadoğu Alüminyum” which is one of the biggest aluminum profile producers in this region. I was able to experience;

• Raw material procurement,
• The production process of aluminum extruded profiles and the quality control process of them and last but not least;
• The design process of the profile molds to machine them with the CNC machines.

• Studied manufacturing processes to improve overall knowledge.
• Worked closely with engineers and assisted with testing of Agricultural products.
• Analyzed workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Created 3D models from 2D drawings.

My first internship program was at the “Ayaz Makina” which is an important producer in agricultural machinery industry. I experienced machining, welding and CNC machining while I was working with them. I was there for not only watching and observing, but also being a part of the production line and using the relevant machines. I also experienced field service side at Ayaz Makine. They are the best frost protection wind machine producer in this region. They are working with an American company “Amarillo” and I was lucky enough to be a part of the after sales service that contacts with the customers and goes to the field to satisfy them by taking necessary actions as well as the team that is responsible for machine installation.

• I was one of the oGCDP department team members that helps people who wants to go abroad for internships or job opportunities.
