- Localization activities for Stellantis brands (Peugeot, Citroen, Opel, and Fiat). Realized projects: Doblo 305mm brake disc, Fiat 500 front hub, Fiat 500 Abarth front hub localized in Turkey. (with 3 localization reached 1,2 m€/year saving.)
- Industry 4.0: Building robotic product lines for tier1 suppliers. Fiat Tipo front hub and rear spindle robotic lines built and reached 5 FTE saving in tier-1 plant.
- Standardization: 2 Machining supplier fixtures standardized for casting brackets and forged brake hubs.
- Building component purchasing strategies and KPI's with suspension team and ensuring their feasibility with Stellantis value optimization and purchasing counterparts.
