- As a software development team-leader, i managed my team to create a Jira-like, in-house developed Agile Management tool for TEB IT called ("TEBSmart Agile"). Product used by and still being used by 600+ employees.
- TEBSmart Agile supports scrum and kanban boards, drag and drop functionality, has numerous integrations with outer systems, all built within the development team.
- As a product owner, we "dogfood" the product, essentially built the product on the product itself. That includes:
- I owned and prioritized product backlog.
- We focused on building critical features up front in order to identify constraints and technical challenges.
- Managed backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Implemented Agile methodologies to increase team productivity and enhance overall project outcomes.

- Successfully led development of an internal task
management system (Called "TEBSmart") for IT staff that is being used by
whole IT. We’ve developed integrations with CA
Unidesk, Microsoft TFS and IBM ClearQuest.
Developed integrations with IBM Jazz Suite and HP
PPM systems. - Built a custom reporting software for collecting file
metadata from ATM machines (Approx. 1500). Solution
includes a Windows Service that runs on ATM
machines, a web service tier for collection data and
ASP.NET based reporting software. Software is still being used by TEB. - Built a custom dynamic-link library that is being used
for automating certificate obtaining process from
internal Certification Authorities by ATM machines. This
provided huge benefits, especially in terms of security. - Built a web portal that completely automates certificate
obtaining process from 3rd part certificate authorities.
Automation involves creating CSR file, processing CER
file, creating certificate and installing local certificate
store.

- THY (Turkish Airlines) – OCS 2007 R2 deployment.
Implemented an OCS 2007 R2 environment with PBX
integration. OCS saved thousands of dollars, avoiding
expensive overseas calls to branch offices such as
China. - THY (Turkish Airlines) – LYNC Server 2010 migration. A
total of 26.000 users moved to Lync environment with a
successful transition. All mission critical Lync servers
deployed as High Available with Cluster Support. - Tubitak – (The Scientific and Technological Research
Council of Turkey) - Active Directory (2003 to 2008)
migration, Exchange (2003 to 2007) migration.
