As a key member of the development team for a hotel project, I led a groundbreaking initiative focused on revolutionizing the field through solid and collaborative teamwork with other teams as a Salesforce Developer. The project aimed to automate core processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and provide actionable insights to the sales team. In this project, I successfully utilized cutting-edge Salesforce software solutions to address the significant needs of the hospitality sector.

• Customized workflows were created on the Salesforce platform to automate lead qualification and opportunity tracking processes. This led to increased efficiency and reduced human errors, enhancing customer relationship management and expediting sales processes while improving decision-making procedures.
• Taking into account the sales team's workflows and processes, Sales Cloud was customized. Account management features were enabled to manage and track customer interactions. Reports and dashboards necessary to monitor and improve sales performance using Sales Cloud's reporting and analytics capabilities were created.
• To enhance Sales Cloud effectiveness, integrations with third-party tools were implemented. These integrations included:
