
After my university graduation, I started working in civil aviation company called UBS Airports Systems as a mechanical engineer. After 2.5 years, I changed my working field to Defense Industry. I am working for a consultant company; IDAK Engineering Aerospace Defense which gives consultancy Turkish Aerospace. For more than a year, I have worked on TF-X 5th generation Fighter Jet Project. I am feeling proud myself to be part of this project.
- Carrying out aviation manufacturing engineering activities espacially in composite cabin interrior parts such as composite seatbacks, seatpans and cosmetic interior cover panels.
- Carrying out manufacturing activities of structural skin panels of Airbus Eurocopter and Sikorsky.
- Creating Bill of Materials, Statement of Works and Work Orders for composite productions.
-Determining the tool needs for production and taking part in the design activities of these tools when necessary.
- Writing the instructions and procedures required for manufacturing processes.
- Working Tool Design Engineering department in "TF-X 5th Generation Fighther Jet" project also known as "KAAN".
- Designing Composite Lay-up Tools (LATO) for aircraft skin panel production.
- Designing assembly templates, jigs for installation of equipments on aircraft.
- Designing drill plates for drilling operations,
-Designing quality control tools such as form check templates for aircraft parts,
-Designing tube bending dies
-Planning of tool production processes and follow-up
-Have experience on Product Life Cycle Management (PLM)
-Worked in Engineering Deviation Management also known as Liaison Engineering in “TF-X 5th Generation Fighter Jet” project. (MMU)
-Organizing Engineering Review Board meetings where relevant departments participate and nonconformities are discussed.
- Revising 3D models which nonconformity occured according to manufacturing and design engineering demands.
- Carrying out Design Querry Notice (DQN) activities.
- Have experience on Product Lifecycle Management on 3DExperience platform.
- Determining the action taken according to the production status of detail parts.
- Have knowledge of an airframe structure and it’s components.
- Worked in preparing technical tender documents, technical descriptions, technical manuals and design for Passenger Boarding Bridges in UBS which is only manufacturer in Turkey and numbered manufacturer in the world.
-Preparing technical drawings for production line.
- Calculating and analyzing structural and design loads of Passenger Boarding Bridges and Airfield Ground Lightings
- Controlling manufacturing steps such as sheet metal, welding, machining, painting and drilling
- Following-up procurement process and making contacts with subcontractors for international Passenger Boarding Bridge and Airfield Ground Lighting projects.
- Organization of shipping and haulage of finished prodcuts.
- Have knowledge of aviation standarts (IATA, ICAO, FAA etc.)
- Production of Airfield Ground Lighting Armatures and Taxiway Guidance Signs
