I am a dedicated dietitian specializing in sustainable nutrition. I hold a bachelor's degree from Istanbul Arel University and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Food Hygiene and Technologies at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. With a passion for guiding both individuals and communities towards healthier and more balanced nutrition, I am committed to improving quality of life while contributing to a sustainable future. My mission is to promote environmentally responsible eating habits and to create awareness about the importance of sustainable nutrition practices.
*Daily planning of menus, calculation of nutritional values of menus, nutritional consultancy, ensuring food safety and quality controls.
*It ensures that stages such as taking food samples, analysis and reporting in the laboratory continue smoothly.
*Understanding nutritional problems seen in society and observing treatment methods.
*Making and serving espresso-based coffees.
*Carrying out student registration, course registration, student certificate, postponement, transcript, registration freeze, horizontal transfer, diploma etc. transactions, and preparing correspondence regarding student affairs.
*Assisting customers in product selection and ensuring that sales activities are carried out smoothly in line with the determined targets.
