I managed projects for preparing and sending data required for insurance regulations at Allianz Insurance Company. I performed data analyses to report on Excel-prepared reports via MicroStrategy for the company's data warehouse, which is essential for meeting reporting needs.

I worked on the design and development processes of comprehensive executive reports to meet the need for quick decision-making at the management level.

I took on the project management of the Thunderhead reengineering project, where we transitioned the infrastructure for contracts printed by all Allianz Insurance branches from Oracle Report Builder applications to the Thunderhead application.

While working at Paladin Consulting, I managed the account management of the project for developing human resources reports in MicroStrategy for Turkish Technic Corp.

In the scope of business development efforts, I led the proof-of-concept and relationship management for MicroStrategy and Power BI reporting products at Coca-Cola Company.

I conducted human resources module analyses for the project involving the migration of Turkcell and its group companies' to single business group infrastructure in Oracle e-Business Suite Application. Within the project scope, I performed impact analyses for the transition of single business group in local processes specific to Turkcell North Cyprus. Additionally, I led the analysis and testing of Turkcell Workforce Management application, which is a .NET based internal application.

I joined ProNet Security Services company as part of the digital transformation project. My main mission in this position was to transfer my knowledge in the software development life cycle, such as analysis, development, testing, and implementation processes to the IT department. In the short time I worked there, I conducted analysis and project follow-ups for CRM Single Screen, which enables viewing customer information on a single screen, reference management tracking, Internal HR Portal, HR Performance Management System, courier integration for invoice sending, usage maximization project for customers who did not use alarm systems in the first 60 days, and IVR project for welcome package payments.

I worked in the areas of analysis, testing, test team leadership, defect management, application documentation management, and user acceptance test management at Turkcell company. I completed the five-day Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 Human Capital Management Essentials Bootcamp training in Ankara and became an Oracle Partner Network Training Instructor. During my tenure, I conducted technical analysis for the Performance and Talent Management project, Oracle R12 Migration Project, Data Quality Project, and development of business intelligence reports.
