• I held a series of roles with Kisladag Mine in Uşak during the transformation period. Especially in the last 4 years, I was the Project Manager responsible for safety, quality, cost and schedule in a series of very critical projects that ensured the production of Kisladag to reach the desired and profitable level.
• Managed basic/detail designs, made necessary comments to completed designs as per site specific requirements;
• Procurement of very critical equipment considering current inventory, preparing equipment specs and design specifications; contractor selecting with following tender procedures, progress claims and payments in timely manner;
• Managed large scale contractors with totally 500-700 average employees head count with safety, quality and management responsibilities;
• Leading to commissioning and ramp-up activities with operation teams, observing deficiencies and managing of punch list completions.
• Executed yearly 35M to 50M USD Growth and 5M to 10M USD Sustaining projects for the company to increase mine life, sustain the production, capacity and lower the production costs.
• Lead role in the design and implementation of a successful safety incentive program for the construction activities. The construction program achieved +2M hours lost time injury free, and several million hour injury free milestones.
• Made necessary feasibility evaluations, made and discuss necessary trade offs with internal return rates, evaluated with internal steak holders, close contact with executive team in Eldorado making report and presenting in necessary levels.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, expenditure reporting, risk management, status reporting, and execution.
• Established good communication and working relationships with departments, consultants, government agencies, contractors, suppliers and staff.

• I managed several significantly high cost projects and many small size construction projects with reporting to Project Manger. Responsible for safety, quality, cost and schedule in a series of very critical projects that sustain the Mine Life.
• Procurement of mechanical equipment considering current inventory, preparing equipment specs and design specifications;
• Preparation of tender documentation for execution of tender procedures following the progress claims for contractors and suppliers
• Coordinating engineering requirements between site and engineering office and ensuring strong interaction within the civil, structural, electrical and process departments.
• Assisting the contractors with clarification, interpretation, interference resolution and QA/QC related matters
• Responding to and processing contractor's requests for information (RFIs)
• Reviewing and approving QA/QC non-conformance reports (NCRs)
• Ensure instructions, drawings and specifications for scope changes are issued in a timely manner
• Developing and maintaining communication channels with internal clients, stake holders, and internal project personnel to ensure that work flows smoothly and is delivered to internal customer's expectations
• Proactively working with contractors to ensure project safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives are being achieved.
• Monitoring construction activities with respect to performance, procedure, and quality.
• Submitting weekly progress reports outlining items of concern such as safety observations, non-conformance with specifications and drawings, equipment and weather delays, congestion, workmanship, quality control and potential contract extras.

Efemcukuru Gold Mine Izmir

• Along to first two months I have done manufacturing inspection of the Kashagan Project which is belong to AGIP CO. and manufacturing by Yamanlar Co. in Ankara as a second party QA/QC. It was 600 tons painted steel structure and manufactured three (3) different workshops.
• I have started to inspection of the Efemcukuru Gold Mine Project owned by Eldorado Gold and include manufacturing and site works of approximately 1.700 tons of painted steel structure which is subcontracted by local suppliers. Shop inspections; material certifications, quality assurance procedures, the Performance of Welders and Welding Operators, Welding Procedure’s, inspection of; welding activities; follow up the welder’s performance, Evaluation of; NDT results, dimensional inspections, check of the compliance to the project drawings, painting and blasting applications, approval of Quality Documentation.
• Installation Supervision of Underground and overground crushing, conveying, milling, flotation and piping services installations.
• Inspection of site works, loading controls, dimensional checks, torque checks, check of the compliance to the Project drawings.

Inspecting the infrastructure and technical goods purchased for US Army by KBR and delivering by the sites according to purchase orders to the Mersin Agility Warehouse. Managing deliveries of the items to the US Army sites in Iraq and Afghanistan.

• Evaluated project requirements to identify and mitigate risks.
• Evaluate customer orders as a project; Coordinate and Control them from the offer step to delivery, Coordinating material list preparation, material orders, manufacturing and packing steps. Preparing time schedule and directing to manufacturing steps according to the schedule. Relations with customers for all steps of ordering, manufacturing and delivery.

• Analyzed test results and prepared system-level evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance.

• 2 each 40MW GENERAL ELECTRIC 206C prototype Gas Turbines and 1 each 40MW GE Steam Turbine Construction as a QA/QC Assistant Engineer Responsible for Preparation of all quality documents, as-built drawings of systems and equipment, Leading and responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning and hand over of systems to Client in accordance with contract conditions, Coordination of the NDT and PWHT activities Organization of the welder tests in acc. with ASME Sec.IX under supervision of QA&QC Manager; Moreover Constituting HSE documentation and conditions for the company.
