• Managed a team of 4 Quality engineers (Textile and Hardline department) and 2 lab technicians
• Responsible for the quality and the production performance of Euromed area (end to end process)
• Supplier management with over 30 factories (garment, home, sock & hosiery, hardware and toys)
• Ensure the smooth process from development to shipment (product development, fitting and size set, product safety and qualification, bulk approval and inspection)

Key achievement

• Improved the compliance rate from 70% to 95% for all factories (social, technical and internal audit)
• Improved the FTP rate from 60% to over 90% and the FRI on time rate from 40% to over 90%
• Implemented daily, weekly and monthly routine with the local team to ensure smooth communication

• Contracted with Carrefour Global Sourcing
• Managed a team of 1 Quality Engineer (textile)
• Responsible for the Q&P performance of Southeast Asian area (Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam)
• Link between sourcing offices in HK or Shanghai and factories
• Around 15 factories (garment and underwear)

Key Achievements

• Implemented strong critical path follow up (development, testing, production and inspection)
• Maintained on time FRI above 90% during COVID period
• Ensured the smooth operations between Carrefour and their factories

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Managed a team of 27 Quality controllers and 1 team leader
• Responsible of the inspection operations in Myanmar and Cambodia
• Ensure the training and evaluation of inspector and monitor their integrity
• Follow up on claim investigation
• Arrange regular meeting with customer to ensure operation excellences

• Secure a trained QC team
• Improve the occupancy rate to over 90%
• Reduced claim rate to almost 0%
• No customer complaints received

• Developed a training plan for new and onboarded environmental and social auditor
• 36 auditors to train and evaluate worldwide
• Implementation of KPI to review the performance of the auditors
• Assess auditor's performance onsite

• Organized environmental audit campaign with customer and coordination team
• Developed and improve internal guideline for environmental auditor
• Supported ICS for creating the environmental audit tools for brands
