• Preparing the training evaluation of Istanbul site and setting the next year's training objectives and training plan
• Helping Training Lead for the training communication and coordination at Istanbul site
• Act as an admin of the site training system
• (LMS/SuccessFactors - assign, curricula, report, record, content, training program design, etc.) Taking department operation actions through Trackwise System
• Ensure that training system elements (Orientation training, ongoing training, job descriptions, risk-based approach to training methodology and learning assessments, on the job training process, training curricula, trainers in GMP environment etc.) are in place and conducted properly at site
• Boost overall workplace efficiency by introducing cross-training initiatives that increased employees'' versatility in performing various tasks.
• Qualify trainers for on the job training, GMP training etc
• Fulfill department responsibilities in internal and external audits
• Act as SME of the site learning system transition project
• Act as SME of the Continuous Improvement projects and works for QA ecosystem.

• Preparing the annual training evaluation of PGS Istanbul site according to the criteria of the Learning System Scale and setting the next year's training objectives and training plan
• Helping Training Lead for the training communication and coordination at Istanbul site
• Act as an admin of the site training system
• Ensure that training system elements (Orientation training, ongoing training, job descriptions, risk-based approach to training methodology and learning assessments, on the job training process, training curricula, trainers in GMP environment etc.) are in place and conducted properly at site
• Qualify trainers for on the job training, GMP training etc.

• Making quality control analysis of constructive raw materials and additives which are produced at the factory.

• Providing of laboratory regulations
• Preparing the necessary solutions and preparing them for use by the students
• Assisting the responsible persons in the research & analysis.
