I honed my skills in the field of gastronomy by working at Megasaray Hotels for three consecutive summers. During this time, I developed expertise in teamwork, crisis management, assistant management, guest relations, and leadership. My successful performance earned me offers for subsequent seasons from my employers.
Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Antalya Bilim University, where I am expanding my knowledge of the technical and scientific aspects of the culinary world. My previous two years of academic experience in the Biology department at Akdeniz University provide me with a unique perspective, enhancing my understanding of the science behind gastronomy. However, my passion for the culinary arts ultimately led me to focus entirely on this field.
