• Providing user support to solve computer, software and hardware problems, diagnosing and solving technical problems.
• Perform system and network administration, maintenance and updates. Creating and managing user accounts.
• Monitoring and managing incoming support requests through MYIT and SMARTIT system. Recording issues and documenting the resolution process.
• Providing training and guidance to users on the use of software and hardware. Providing information on the introduction and use of new systems and applications.
• Implement security policies and ensure users compliance with these policies.
• Tracking IT inventory via MYASSET system and identifying hardware/software needs.

As Romania SPOC;

• To be the single point of contact for all IT requests and issues in the factory. To act as a bridge between users and central IT teams.
• Planning, coordination and implementation of new IT projects (ITSM). Ensuring that IT projects related to the factory are completed on time and within budget.
• Providing fast and effective solutions to local IT needs in the factory.
  Collaborate with central IT and CoreIT teams to ensure the smooth running of the local IT infrastructure.
• Ensuring that the personnel in the factory are trained on IT systems and applications. Providing support during the commissioning and use of new systems.
• Prepare and present regular reports on IT issues, projects and progress. Regular communication with senior management and other relevant departments.
• Ensure communication with the relevant teams as soon as possible in order to intervene quickly in emergency situations and solve problems. Supporting the creation of preparation and contingency plans for possible IT crisis situations.
