• Collecting data from exhibitors
• Collecting and confirming the compatibility of the exhibitor stand designs with the rules and regulations.
• Preparing general and technical exhibitor manuals
• Performing market research and collecting offers from technical contractors such as logistics, rental furniture, graphics, waste management, entrance systems, technical hosts and hostesses.
• Preparing the technical floor plan
• Interacting with the fair ground management regarding on site issues such as supplying energy, water, compressed air, phone, adsl.
• Ushering exhibitors
• Collecting and processing new orders on site
• Supervising the construction and teardown of the fairground
• Taking over the fairground from fair management
• Assisting the coordination of technical and architectural work in the office.
• Providing exhibitors of the fairs organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey or its partners with custom made creative stands.
• Provide exhibitors of all the fairs organized in or out of Turkey with custom made creative stands regardless of the organizer.
• Designing, producing and building International Pavilions at National Organizations of HMI Istanbul or its partners.
• Designing, producing and building National Pavilions at International Organizations of HMI Istanbul or its partners.
• Designing, producing and building stand packages at International Organizations of HMI Istanbul or its partners.
• Determination of contractors (Stands, Furniture, All construction related)
• Offering exhibitors rental stand fittings, taking orders and providing these fittings.
• To provide consultancy services for technical department.
• Supervision and administration of the related activities of the corporate relations and marketing department before it is presented to or approved by the General Manager.
• To assemble and administer the necessary crew to perform these activities.
• To pursue the new opportunities to improve the department’s services and profit.
• To keep in contact with other departments of the company and the partners in order to pursue the new opportunities to improve the department’s services and profit. To attend the meetings as necessary.
• To prepare the budget projection for the department’s activities.
• To interview the candidates applying for the department.
