  • Applied a new service lane setting between Turkey (Istanbul) and Israel via Greece (Piraeus) using the existing services (in MSC) (we started with 50 teu chartered space on common feeder, three months later MSC has put its own vsl with 500 teu capacity. Currently MSC has 1500 teu traffice between Turkey and Israel in/out)
  • The new terminal project implementation in AMBARLI (KUMPORT) (in MSC) - (in the very begining, this terminal had one finger pier with 300 meter lenght and the first container ship was MSC FRANCESCA with 350 teus capacity. The Project was right and now terminal name is KUMPORT in Ambarli)
  • Created a new logistics project for John Deere. (bonded storage, supply chain management) The size of project was Usd 1,2 Million/year and took 6 weeks (in ILCE LOGISTICS). (The result was succesful and continued for two year on the same Logistics company, then they have transferred the same Project to another logistics company. With this Project, they were able to import more machineries and materials for agrucultural sector in Turkey and to develop their distribution service to more cities in Turkish Market.)
  • Restructuring project in China Shipping Turkey (for the new JV company). Recriuted the new Sales Team, Operation Team. Selling plan for the new services between Turkey and the US East and West Coast. (Established the new targets for this market (Turkey to USA) with 400 teu/week export, prepared weekly and mothly market and KPI` s result reports for Shanghai and Hamburg)
  • Created the new customer portfolio based on new targed markets and the frame of the new service lane origin and destination ports
  • Established the new service lane between Far East / Turkey / Far East, and Sales & Marketing policy of this new line. (Established the new targets for FE/Turkey direction with 600 teu/month prepared weekly and mothly market and KPI` s result reports for Shanghai and Hamburg. After six months service has changed to weekly from bi-weekly)
  • Set goals and to reach targets. Checking KPIs on quarterly basis.
  • A new project and its implementation plan, to establish new branch offices in Izmir, Mersin, Iskenderun and Bursa, and their liaisons offices at the local terminals.

(and this feeder is in use for china shipping's whole container movements to/from hup ports like ``Piraeus, Kumport , Port Said`` to/from Turkish non-base Ports like Mersin, Iskenderun, Izmir, Gemlik, Evyap, to enlarge existing container traffic.)
  • To find and appoint new agent, within the network, and follow up their performance, duties and responsibilities.
  • İn last 4 years, I had a duty to estanblish a new organization in Turkiye (Liner Shipping Agent), and successfully I completed this journey with 44 amazing employees and 3 busling offices in the area. My title was ‘’Managing Director’’
