My Professional Life Plans with Project Requirement (Project Quality Plan (PQP), Construction and Design Risk Register Plan; Supply Chain Management Plan; Incoming Material and Equipment Management Plan; Construction Compound Selection and Management Plan Establishment, implementation and maintaining the Project quality Management in accordance with the requirements & provisions of ISO 9001. Development and management of project-oriented quality management system documents (Procedures, Application Methods, Material Approvals, Testing and Inspection Plans, Quality Records) Following up of the project quality programs, testing and inspection plans and controlling whether the construction works has been done according to the contracts, specifications, drawings, procedures and standards (Turkish, American and French standards as foreseen in project), Working in coordination with procurement and Logistics Department, generation of the quality requirements for suppliers and contractors and accordingly providing that these are controlled. Follow up of the approval processes of project materials, carrying out checks for compliance, storage and usage of the manufacturing-based materials. Organization of the quality control group carrying out tests in field activities in the laboratory under its roof. - The design of concrete for concrete works, Los Angeles, Micro Deval, Flakiness index of coarse aggregates, Blue Methylene, sieve analysis, etc. tests for aggregates , - Earthworks required for sieve analysis, Atterberg consistency limits, Sand Cone, plate loading and nuclear testing instruments used for Proctor and the impingement tests of the terrain at field. The preparation and presentation of the tests and designs of the required aggregate, bituminous and relevant materials tests for asphalt works of cold (PMAT & PMT design) and hot mixture (bituminous, basic, binder and stone mastic design). Tests performed on external laboratory - Aggregate, water and cement tests used in concrete (alkaline silica reaction, water analysis and cement-additive performance tests) - Tests of expansion joints and bearings for bridges and viaducts. - Tests for rail fastening components (angle guide,plastic dowel,baseplate pad,rail pad, single block pad, tension clamp,rail crew,rubber boots) - Mass Block (Concrete sleepers) tests for single sleeper block components - Rail welding qualification tests. - Precast Concrete pedestrian walkway production and installation. - Note: Carrying out all calibration and certification that has to be done all the test instruments . Monitoring the tests related to concrete, rebar and ground works in independent laboratories, controlling and managing non-conforming manufacturing and materials, ensuring that the relevant corrective and preventive actions are taken.
