- - Determine incoming inspection requirements for new suppliers. - Ensure Receiving Inspection strategy and inspection reports's requirements are met. - Escalating Vendor issues and ensuring that root cause analysis is followed appropriately and that robust corrective actions are implemented following 8D methodology. - Completing the FAI and DFAI studies with vendors - To ensure that measurement methods are adapted to suppliers and to use the right methods - Working with vendors to effectively complete SCAR - Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues. - Support supplier performance KPI metrics and identify improvement measures and changes in line with business requirement. - Supplier Quality performance analysis (using Pareto etc..) - Produce written reports and make presentations. - Completing the annual supplier process audits. - Maintaining effective supplier relationships and ability to communicate professionally with suppliers - Supporting cross functional Quality Investigation/ Improvement teams - Co- ordinate's activities to ensure Company Quality standards are met - Adaptable to meet customer requirement - Contributing to the decision for the new or alternative suppliers to add approved supplier list
