My name is Tugan, born in Istanbul in 2002. Since my childhood, I have had a dream of working in the culinary field, and in 2021, I took the first steps towards realizing this dream. I enrolled in the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department at Maltepe University. I took courses on hygiene, occupational health, restaurant management, pastry making, Turkish-classical-world cuisines. I learned that this profession is not just about cooking but also about art and pleasure.
