After completing my military service as a reserve officer and team commander (2019–2020), I joined Borusan Logistics in the L’Oréal operation, where I gained hands-on experience across all operational stages. Leading the replenishment team allowed me to strengthen my leadership and process optimization skills.
Since 2023, I have been working at Amasya Et Ürünleri, part of Ata Holding. I am responsible for inventory management, product acceptance, return procedures, and operational reporting. I also design and monitor promotional campaigns to accelerate stock turnover and improve efficiency. By collaborating with IT and store teams, I ensure smooth and effective business processes.
