-Qualified and trained in Czech Republic for NADCAP Special Process audits. Having knowledge NDT and its
application.
-Working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing,Spirit,Airbus and Honeywell Quality Management System , Aerospace Standard
(AS9100))
-Develops and prepares quality metrics and production plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and
regulatory requirements,
-Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Quality Management System
requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation,
-Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness,
- Advance knowledge and experience in APQP/manufacturing/inspection in aerospace products, Preparing training
-Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances,
-Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions,
-Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved,

-Review and Prepare of workflow in according to Customer Specification ( Boeing , Airbus, Honeywell, Spirit etc. ) such as BAC5619,BAC5300-1/2,BAC5034,BAC5009 etc. )

Doing PPAP and FMEA for dies produced for FORD.
Resposible for buy-off approval process.
