• Collaborated with the logistics department and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate representation of procurement expenses and cost-saving opportunities.
• Created cost structures and changed the transactional way to agreed-upon cost models with suppliers.
• Managed supply chain process, from order placement to delivery, to facilitate on-time and accurate fulfillment.

I was Contract Manager for closing facilities and opening new ones in other countries

• Took care of all contracts for direct and indirect procurement for the project.
• Ensured compliance according to internal and external policies, laws and regulations.
