• Dealing with customer enquires, Maintaining records and compiling work orders and invoices, General administrative and financial duties

• Making Invoices and Quotations for customers, Dealing with customers in needing to repair or buy spare parts

• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements, work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget, present the campaign idea and budget to the client, work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, liaise with the client and the advertising agency, negotiate with client and agency staff about the details of campaigns, present creative work to client for approval or modification, handle budgets and manage campaign costs, write client reports, write all the creative briefs for any new campaign and help the creative team present the best and go beyond their 'box'

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

• Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to expand their service offerings.

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements, working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget, presenting campaign ideas and budget to the client, liaising with the client and advertising agency, presenting creative work to clients, handling budgets and managing campaign costs, writing client reports, undertaking administration tasks, arranging and attending meetings

• Preparing and making the monthly presentation for Daimler, preparing for the meetings and the skype meeting with Daimler, Preparing the annual plan and making sure it matches the submission date for Daimler, taking care of all the administration matters and the follow ups
