At my request, I moved to the project department. In the project department, my responsibilities were;

• Defining the new sample's company code to the ERP system.
• Filling the product tree with necessary operations and details.
• Being in touch with the customer for unspecified details of the project.
• Creating a product file in the server and making the operation technical drawings (with NX and AutoCAD), completing the feasibility document, and if necessary ordering the special tools and gauges for the sample project.
• Tracking the production when the project starts.
• Creating operation cards which includes photographs of the process, every tool and their codes that has been used, pressure of the machine and other special details for the process for every operation inside the product tree.
• After the sample approval, completing the serialization forms and other necessary files.
• Making improvement for the serial projects.

• I have worked as Planning Engineer which I made the weekly production plans for the machines, tracked the raw material supplies for the work orders, prepared the monthly capacity reports, and tracked down the efficiency of the machines and operators.

• I have designed a project that automatically lines up the finished products that came out from the hydraulic press.
• I did the market search for the products that I'm going to use (Motors, Ball screws, PLC's etc.).
• I designed the mechanical properties of the machine in Solidworks, also in AutoCAD.
• I designed the electro-pneumatic circuit of the machine.
• Finally I created an PLC ladder diagram for the machine.

• I worked in QC and Production departments in my internship.
• I have learned how to use various gauges such as micrometers, calipers, fillet gauges, Johansson gauges, shoremeter etc. while I was working for quality department.
• While I was working for production department, I had a chance to get to know the electrical panel diagrams and CNC machines.
